Our Passion…

Emporio pasta was born in Romagna, the Italian region worldwide known for
the culture of wellbeing and the production of pasta, a typical local product that has been fascinating the company staff for nearly two decades now. A daily commitment to ensure that restaurants, hotels or cafeterias’ customers can comfortably enjoy fresh and frozen products that tastes exactly like good homemade pasta.

The highest quality level is granted and maintained thanks to selection of the best available raw materials. Flour and durum wheat constantly undergo quality controls while typically organic and yellow eggs can ensure the traditional coloring of homemade products; italian DOP products as Parmigiano Reggiano and seasonal vegetables with italian certificate of origin.

From the early stages of the production process modern technology are complemented by manual work, in total respect for tradition and thus obtaining a product which can meet the tastes of even the most demanding users.
